Our Services for Employers

01

Pre-selection of qualified, German-speaking candidates

We ensure that only highly qualified professionals are included in the application process. Our pre-selection involves a detailed review of qualifications, language skills, and professional experience to identify candidates who match the specific needs of each company. This saves employers valuable time and gives them direct access to suitable talent.
02

Coordination of introductory and job interviews

We handle the entire coordination of interviews between companies and applicants. Whether virtual or on-site – we organize efficient and purpose-driven interviews to provide both sides with a solid basis for decision-making. We also support the process with advisory guidance to ensure that the expectations of both parties are optimally aligned.

03

Organizational and cultural orientation

A successful start requires more than just the right job. That’s why we support professionals not only with professional integration, but also with integration into German work life and society. We provide intercultural knowledge, offer practical tips on workplace culture, and are available as a point of contact for personal questions.

04

Support with administrative processes

From visa and work permit applications to registration formalities – we guide talents and companies through the often complex bureaucratic process. Our experience in dealing with authorities simplifies procedures and ensures a smooth and legally compliant hiring process.

05

Sustainable integration of talent

Our work doesn’t end with placement. We place great importance on ensuring that talents feel comfortable in the long term and are successfully integrated into companies. That’s why we support both employers and professionals with advanced training, mentoring programs, and feedback sessions to ensure sustainable collaboration.
