Feriel B. – My path to nursing training in Germany.
My name is Feriel B., I am 24 years old and come from Algeria. For a long time I had the dream of training in the care sector in Germany. I knew it wouldn’t be easy to get there – but with the right support , it’s doable.
Before I got to know GTSI and Mr Omar Rabah, I had already contacted several agencies from Algeria. But there was often a lack of transparency, commitment or understanding for my situation. It was completely different at GTSI: from the first contact, everything was clearly structured, honest, friendly and, above all, professional.
Mr Rabah took his time personally, checked my documents, gave me individual advice and guided me through every single step – from the interview to entry. I was particularly impressed by the extent to which values such as fairness, reliability and respect are actually practised at GTSI.
In 2024, I started my training as a nurse in Germany – a milestone in my life. I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and for the valuable work of GTSI.
I can only say that I made the right decision . Choosing GTSI means choosing a future with prospects.

My name is Mohamed Cherif M., I am 31 years old and I come from Algeria. For a long time, I was looking for a way to find a career in the care sector in Germany. But to be honest: I was unsure at first – too many promises, too little real help.

Sara A. - From orientation to training: My path into the hotel industry.
I’m Sara A., 23 years old, from Morocco – and I’ve been a hotel management trainee in Germany since 2024. My path there wasn’t always clear – I had lots of questions, doubts and didn’t know exactly how to get started.
And that’s where GTSIcame in . Before there was even any talk of a placement, I was given comprehensive advice, honest guidance and professional support. Mr Rabah took the time to talk to me about my strengths, opportunities and wishes – without pressure, but with a lot of patience.

My name is Abdelkader D., I come from Algeria and I am over 40 years old. As an experienced professional driver, I wanted to continue my career in Germany – but I was aware that this would not be an easy step. New rules, new processes, different requirements. My name is Dr Ayoub S., I come from Tunisia and I am a specialist in surgery. In 2024, I was given the opportunity to work in a clinic in Hochsauerland – and to start a new life in Germany with my family. What made this step special for me: I was able to bring my family with me right from the start. This has given us security and stability – both professionally and privately. The collaboration with GTSI and Mr Omar Rabah was crucial for me. The job placement was structured, professional and on an equal footing. I had two online job interviews, which enabled me to get to know my future employer at an early stage.
