My name is Omar Rabah. I am of Algerian-German descent and have been living in Germany for over 25 years. This personal and professional perspective allows me to combine in-depth knowledge of the cultures and work environments in North Africa, Germany, and Europe. My deep understanding of international collaboration, economics, and cultural dynamics forms the foundation of my commitment to connect qualified talents with the right companies – professionally, sustainably, and reliably.

With a degree in International Business and Management and over 5 years of experience at the Employment Agency, I bring extensive knowledge of the labor market and the challenges of the skilled labor shortage. Through my international experiences in Europe and overseas, I have further expanded my broad cultural and international knowledge.

For the past 13 years, I have worked in a significant role in International Business Development at TRILUX, where I am involved in expanding new markets and developing sustainable solutions. This role has further strengthened my passion for innovative business models and connecting cultures and markets.

My mission is to close the skills gap in Germany by building a bridge between North Africa and Germany. In doing so, I combine personal interests, professional strengths, and years of experience into a business model that creates sustainable opportunities for professionals and trainees while also supporting German companies.
