Where diversity is consciously embraced, success emerges.
International employees have long been an integral part of everyday working life in many companies in Germany. What is often missing, however, is a shared understanding of collaboration, communication and mutual expectations – with a clear focus on business success.
Intercultural competence is no longer a “nice to have”, but a key success factor for high-performing teams, sustainable employee retention and long-term business success. Companies that recognize, understand and purposefully leverage cultural differences reduce misunderstandings, increase motivation and create productive collaboration.
With our practice-oriented on-site training, we support organizations in consciously and effectively shaping intercultural collaboration – for employees and leaders, with the aim of securing long-term business success.

Intercultural competence from lived experience
I have lived and worked in Germany for over 25 years. During this time, I have worked with people from a wide range of countries and cultures – in both private and professional contexts, in international teams and in leadership roles. I know both perspectives: that of international employees and that of German organizations. This dual perspective forms the basis of my work. I have personally experienced the path of international employees and professionals, from cultural differences and initial uncertainties to professional challenges, leadership responsibility and entrepreneurship.
With GTSI, I combine language, culture and professional reality into a holistic approach. My trainings are practical, honest and conducted on an equal footing. The focus is not on instruction or theoretical models, but on understanding, orientation and concrete confidence in action in everyday working life. That is why my formats are effective where traditional trainings often fall short: in genuine interaction and daily collaboration within organizations.
